Tiered TAT

if 1-4 items are ordered within a 7 day period (between 12am Sunday & 11:59p Saturday), your TAT is 15-20 Business Days!

If 4-10 items are ordered within a 7 day period (12a Sunday - 11:59p SaturdY) your TAT is 25-30BD!
- if 10+ items are ordered within a 7 day period (12a Sunday - 11:59p Saturday) your TAT is 35-45BD.
this goes for ALL open orders, you can place 10 orders with 1 item per order within 1 week and your TAT would fall under 10+ items at 35-45 BD. This ensures that I am not focusing on 1 persons giant order for an entire week while making someone else wait for their single item order, I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
CONTINGENCY TO TAT
- If any item you are ordering is for a birthday, holiday, family event, etc PLEASE email me at djandcoapparel@gmail.com I will be HAPPY to split your order into 2 shipments to ensure you get that item on time!!!
TAT does not include shipping time, which typically takes 4-6 days additional!
Holidays and weekends are NOT included in our TAT! Please be on the lookout for announcements on our Facebook group for dates not included in TAT!
BLACK OUT DATES
What is a black out date? Our black out dates are any dates NOT included in TAT outside of holidays and weekends! These are dates that I am out of town, have an event, or have family visiting and will not be working on orders! These dates are subject to change at any time as sometimes I have plans come up unexpectedly! There will be an announcement in our Facebook VIP group if this is the case!
